This is a voluntary organisation for stray, sick and abandoned dogs. They run a free OPD for these dogs. They have an emergency mobile OPD to reach out and treat stray animals that have been seriously injured in accidents or otherwise.  The President of House of Stray Animals, Sanjay Mohapatra is an animal activist and dedicated in animal welfare initiatives.
