Zirakpur : In what is set to give a big boost to tricity’s economy and business ambience, Zirakpur's  Oxford Street has become a most sought after avenue for top global and national brands. The region’s first high street - a focal point for retailing – Oxford Street , offers the feel of a high street akin to those which exist in the United Kingdom .  A flagship project of Royal Estate Group (REG), which has been able to rope in all major brands and even Unicorns will soon be abuzz with business activities as the occupants are currently doing fit outs. “Presently, 15 brands are engaged in fit outs, while 10 others are in the pipeline,” said Piyush Kansal, Director, REG. Some of the brands in Oxford Street that are in fit-out stage are Tata-Zudio, Reliance SMART, in clothing there's Jockey, Numero Uno. In the startup space there's the renowned unicorn Spinny. A grand virtual launch of a book, Lockdown-21-Me to Messiah, was held recently via social media platform in the presence of various dignitaries. The author of the book, Bhavin Shastri, a celebrated and acclaimed Sufi singer, has been honoured by the title of Shehansha-E-Sufi in Gujarat for his magical Sufi singing, being devotion his genre. The singer turned author has been doing multiple shows in Chandigarh , Punjab and other parts of India and abroad. Available in English and Hindi languages, the book brings an opportunity for each one of us to enjoy the ecstasy of our won hidden selves.
